takes some real warfighting skill to toss someone under the bus *with* your statement of unqualified support
The buck stops here.

No, not right here. There.

Not there, way over there.

Yeah, keep going. Going.

There.

Thank goodness Republicans got rid of all the bureaucracy and political correctness in education
TX Tech has a flow chat for guidance on what can be taught in the university system. Two things:
1. Very little content seems to be permitted. This is partisan control of the curriculum.
2. I would not enjoy teaching under these conditions, but I really would not want to be a Chair or Dean.

Relevant to this. Same principle. Some people think that others saying different things like "Happy Holidays" during the holidays is somehow a ban on them saying "Merry Christmas"
This is actually quite brilliant, up to and including the final sentence 🔥

Which wars were won due to little-to-no rules of engagement, and which wars were lost due to tighter rules of engagement?

The Soviets had more permissive rules of engagement in Afghanistan than the US did, and killed more civilians. They still lost, and at greater cost to their country.
Pete Hegseth: "[Trump] changed the rules of engagement [and] untied the hands of war fighters…We don't need burdensome rules of engagement that make it impossible for us to win these wars."

An official government account using the word “remigration” is not normal. It’s an imported term from European far-right movements that refers to mass expulsion. Democracies do not use population-purification language. #holdfast #SteadyState

On the horrific news that Pete Hegseth ordered the killing of boat bombing survivors, remember: The Trump Murder Memo "authorizing" the strikes preemptively clears those carrying them out. That's unusual. And we still haven't heard from the commander who resigned:

Pete Hegseth will face prosecution for real war crimes, not imagined ones, so there's no problem.

And come on, no one believes a podcaster is going to murder military police and martial court judges over one douchebag that's no longer in office.
