As someone who ‘climbed the ladder’, CNA/LPN/RN/NP/PA-C.To consider anyone on the ladder, not professional is absurd, ALL have state licensing exams. In truth, it’s wrong to call it a “ladder”; we,docs included are part of team! NO LADDER, but spokes on a wheel! Take out 1-the wheel weakens & breaks
