Roughly 2/3 of grazing on BLM land is controlled by just 10% of permit holders. On FS land, the top 10% control more than 50% of grazing. The wealthy only have to pay $1.35 per cow/calf pair while taxpayers cover the rest. Though wildlife, water, public lands are paying the ultimate price.
