It says a lot that the quality of recruitment has turned around so sharply since Caitlyn Milby joined. Not taking anything away from Milby, but she's also a first-time GM and 28 I believe she's the youngest in the league.

You don't have to follow this road very far and you have a team of people in lab coats poking and prodding every aspect of of these women determining what's an acceptable level of exceptional.
Many of them will fail the "is cis woman enough?" test. They will be kicked out.
