its rly intense, im SLOWLY building up to 30 min sessions. it slots nicely in with phase 2 of EMDR ive been told so thats our mission in doing this. yayyyy

my nervous system is crazy dysregulated so it calming down even for a little while made things reflexively go "WHAT IS THAT. AAAAHHH WHAT". i have incredibly high hopes if just one session did that much for me though

he is now talking, and he can drink ! and eat ! hes fighting hard.
on a personal note, im now enrolled in the safe and sound protocol in therapy, and gotta grab some cheap over ear headphones to begin properly. i am so grateful for the help so far waah its been Huge
