Oh also, when you do try it, download the Dreamcast Conversion mods, the game looks so much better that way
SEGA messed up the ports real bad when it comes to SA1, the Steam version is practically a port of a port of a port, so they messed up the lighting and such

Tbh I'd recommend trying SA1 still, the game doesn't actually force the multiple play styles thing on you like SA2, instead you can choose what character you can play as
Also the movement is much smoother imo
In general I think the older Sonic games are much better :p
