Being an absolute herby nerd, working on my plating game: lemon, parsley and fennel risotto with honey & thyme pancetta 🍽️
Base of creamy risotto with sliced glassy onions and fennel, green parsley stirred through. Topped with cubed pancetta, tiny thyme leaves and ground black pepper.
