I really appreciate that this workshop has been very political/rooted in the reality of TODAY’s issues. No tip toeing around real-world issues that impact scicomm. We’re also a pretty diverse group of scientists, journalists, YouTubers, etc & hearing each other’s perspective is valuable. Loving it!

It hasn't been easy to show up consistently in the science communication space during my PhD, but it has been so worth it & this affirms that! Looking forward to using the award to level up my platform & continue to share my passion for ground-breaking research discoveries with the general public!
