Zebrafish have complex connectivity that relies on many of the same NDD-associated genes as humans. 🐟

By studying genetic & early immune activation based models in these fish, Ed Ruthazer's lab is hoping to better understand #neurodevelopmental conditions at the level of single neurons & circuits.
