I’d like and support a national sick out but i don’t see it happening, at this point anyway. People are stupid.

But we have republicans basically stealing elections. Voter suppression, redrawing districts, closing polls, etc. IF all progressives boycott it would make a dent, problem is you’re never going to get everyone on board. We get the half hearted ones who don’t want their vacation plans ruined. Sick.

Well very easy to sit from another country and tell us what we should be doing. You guys better mind your own country. You have conservatives in power who claim they are centrists. You will be next.

Until you have a complete takeover in Canada by the right wing, which you will if you guys don’t get your act together, you won’t know what it’s like trying to fight back against a political party that has stolen the SCOTUS, and dominates congress in both houses. Corps own the press.

Believe me boycotts have been taking place ie Disney over Kimmel. What’s the population of Canada? We have 330 million people in the US and of those only 30-40% of eligible voters actually vote. The majority of progressives definitely are not enough to make a huge dent with boycotts.

We protest weekly at a corner in Chicagoland. Over the last 9 mos the participants have grown & what’s encouraging is the support from cars going by has increased. Still, it seems like nothing. I can’t believe exactly what this meme stated, we are letting him ruin the US and endanger the world.

Every other industrialized nation has a health plan for their citizens. IMHO what has been contributing to the US not having a public plan. 1, drs want to make gobs and gobs of money, they don’t want a regulated salary or a cap. 2, insurance co. Top management salaries. Our nation sucks.
