I always thought that people want to spend less on it and writing good telemetry was one of the ways. I mean if people would start writing structured semantic logs to make bots do something useful, I'll take it. I still need to process my feelings though :)

Which brings me to the next thought - the problem ai+mcp solves is writing queries and making basic analysis on the data. Apparently writing queries was the blocker, and only those who could write them realized that the data was the real problem. I've been barking the wrong tree all this time

I can't stop thinking about the same! Like we always needed to write structured logs so humans could query them, but somehow we ignored this need until ai/rag/mcp days. Like you care about these stupid bots more than human experience?
