It's maybe intimidating, but it's really easy. This literally was from my second attempt, rolled using a paper towel. Just make sure the rice is still a tad warm and you're good. Best part is how much you can make with just one small bag of pre-cooked shrimp, a cucumber, carrot and $1 surimi pack.
