The US has the separation of powers between its three branches: the executive, the legislative, and the judiciary. A central tenant of the separation of powers is that one branch may not overreach and do the job of another. JD Vance just started the process of tearing that down.

Remember that trump said he would end the war in Ukraine in the first 24 hours of his presidency? He didn’t. In fact China and Putin met and declared a new partnership that would go to new heights. Meanwhile TFG is ranting on with this kind of crap.
