Few weeks ago I dropped my full coffee down the gap as I struggled to get my rollator on the train at 8am. Two and a half hour journey. I was not happy. I hope you get coffee soon.

In a similar vein, use all five senses in turn while counting down ie identify 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear etc. It grounds you and I’ve found it great for PTSD and pain management.

Lebara are great. Moved over from O2 last year. Only negative is that it doesn’t let you call premium numbers (couldn’t vote on Eurovision 😱)
