Really enjoyed reading the preprint! One thing I’m curious about is since CRISPR targets phage (not bacterial) DNA, how does its benefit link to bacterial mutation supply?
Could that be indirect such as via bottlenecks or phage dynamics rather than mutation rate itself?

A fair semantic point. The term signifies breaking the 1-nm barrier, a symbolic milestone in bioimaging. While true atomic resolution is the goal, achieving ~9Ả allows us to measure critical inter-glycan distances for the first time, which is the core of @karimalmahayni.bsky.social 's advance.
