The original Let It Die was famous for its absolutely amazing soundtrack. Akira Yamaoka went and got in touch with a HUNDRED of his favourite indie bands and commissioned each to do a track named 'let it die'. The result was borderline mystical.

They're AI-generating the music here.

Larry Butz (Defendant): Not Guilty
Dan (Real Culprit): Guilty "Looks like the jig is up... But you can't take me to jail if you can't catch me!"
"Hey! Get back here!" Dan Hibiki (Street Fighter) running from Dick Gumshoe (Ace Attorney), as the Judge looks surprised. Ordinarily in Ace Attorney games, the true guilty part gets a chance to have a breakdown on the witness stand, but Dan skips that process and jumps straight to running away. Dan’s crime was an accidental one, it came about from falling into a debt with Furio Tigre. He got a job working at Central Park the same month that Larry was preparing for the Steel Samurai show, which gave Dan the idea to crash the show, defeat all the enemies the Steel Samurai was supposed to beat up, and get fame & wealth by selling t-shirts of himself… however, Dan failed to account for the fact that a Brachydios is a giant monster, so he got blown away in an instant. Brachydios' explosive saliva changes colors until it explodes, the orange figure that Blanka saw at night being Dan covered it in its slime. The statue’s explosion also came about from this slime, hence why there was so much of it at the crime scene. Dan still shows up in future Ace Attorney themed card packs, so either he got away, or he just did his time.

screenshot of a tumblr post from user “wildmansters” The thing that really boils my potatoes about Al in general is that I have been a creative professional for over a decade now and the devil has ALWAYS been in the details. Big and small, I've had single-person businesses rip me to shreds over how their colors turned out on newsprint, and have worked with huge companies with THICK brand guidelines with every detail of their brand identity laid out and enforced with an iron fist. But I guess all of that stuff doesn't matter anymore? Who gives a fuck if this Al generated baby has six fingers, that mom-and-pop shop is still going to use it. That rug from Temu says Happy Thanksgivirg? Oh well haha it's just a silly funny thing now (nevermind that you never would have given a B-grade item from a craft show the same consideration). I don't actually care that the Al Coca-cola ad has a truck that changes size every scene, but I can't help but think about how, if it had been some poor underpaid artist, they would have been laughed out of the building. I don't really know how to put it in a succint way but it just feels all the more obvious how much more grace and flexibility has always been possible but never offered.
