Oh very cool for family’s. I will add, this is the same day as the BMO Marathon. If attending, I suggest giving yourself extra time as there will be a lot of people in the city with road closures.

I’ll do 8-12k intervals, 1k slow & 1k at 5k race pace.
(But I have the seawall right beside me which allows me to run 10k without having to stop.

That is this years goal, get better at speaking and communicating. Its crazy how hard it is to be your authentic self when filming and talking to the camera alone.

Where did you learn how to use premiere pro. 🤔
I started with Cap Cut and starting to use Premiere Pro. I know in the long run Premiere Pro will be more beneficial but Cap Cut is so user friendly. 🙃
