Not bad thanks, mid house move which is tiring, but hopefully soon past the worst.

Although my connective tissue is OK (I know, weird!) just my joints are muchly dysplastic instead and now arthritic. And of course this week is Prime Premenstrual Laxity time so everything is extra stupid.

We forgot last time our pet hench-queer was with us and he's now physically impaired and has other caring commitments so isn't able to help this time. He is sadly missed.
We probably slightly overdid it the last 2 days but sleeping in not-dusty house will help partner's stupid dust allergy/asthma.

My partner is too much of a control freak for removals, not helped by the extensive amount of custom-built electronics and geekery kicking round the place.
We've been doing new place up (bricks, plastering, plumbing, electrics, networking, ventilation ducts etc) so had long-overlap!

Ugh, that sort of thing is always SUCH a huge stress till it's sorted. I hope all stays sorted and you don't have to fight a game level baddie again to get meds from now on.

Local hench queers are hopefully strong enough with partner to get washing machine in and out in one piece.
I'm reminded my younger sister's house move 10yrs ago was with BiLs football team mates, so she didn't lift anything cos ten strong men did it all quickly.

Original hench queers are both disabled, but not with physical impairments, which is unusual for our mutual and separate friendship groups (most of us have physical impairments). They're 100 miles away but did offer help if our local hench happen to be queers can't.

Sadly we don't have many locally, but the term came from discussions else web with an agender masc friend and his cis boyfriend who often help their local friends with lifting and strength jobs. I can't remember if they coined hench-queer or I did.

Our work staff disability staff group made a minuted statement supporting trans rights and that we are siblings in the so called culture war, many of us part of both groups (trans and disabled).

Happens a lot when women's rights are mentioned "what about men?" even tho when male equivalents are mentioned, women don't "what about" for themselves. I can't find the great article on it I remember reading.

Stepdad had a bicuspid valve, detected at medical school in early 70s, then untreatable. Open heart surgery fixed the old bugger up nicely in 2009. I think they can it thru veins with pop up valves now, so even less impact on the body.
GAs seem to be less nausea inducing now too.

Our local police in Birmingham sat and protected the flag shaggers from others who didn't want them while they put up flags.
Can't get local police out for love nor money when a vulnerable disabled neighbour was getting glass bottles thrown at him and his house by 3 scrotes. 4 of us tried.

Quite. If they are wanting it to be SEEN that justice is being done, this does not seem to be the way to go about it.
It's one thing for select evidence if from intelligence services to be discussed in private (and I'm wary of that) but the allegation also being private feels REALLY wrong to me.
