No compensation for Saturday's hell (3 Avanti trains cancelled) as we booked using Trainline .com 😖 The replacement train by London Northwestern also badly delayed due to trespasser on the tracks throwing stones at trains and avoiding capture by BTP

Totally understand that one. I take it he doesn't realise the importance of the coffee shop stop? My husband can spot a mile away now when I need to refuel & rest

100% I have sensory overload with fibromyalgia and did have a meltdown at one point last week. The Bullring had an escalator out of action & only 1 lift to cope with the same 'traffic' for disabled people & pushchairs. The lighting, the crowds, indoor heat plus usual pain & fatigue. Too much
