While Cambigo has been focused on planning and workflow to build comprehensive user experiences, data flows and workflows, there is a gap that needed to be filled to host collaborative discussions and gather feedback from groups of people.

I'm working through a final list of findings for Cambigo, and I need to resolve a few performance issues. Hoping to have it ready later this week. I'm fixing Cambigo with Cambigo at this point which is pretty cool!

People are at the beginning and the end of AI. Dependence upon it means that we risk breaking the beginning.

Oh my god, Copilot is allowed to create and fix issues on Microsoft github repos and it goes exactly as you'd have imagined.

Try going into any of these PRs commits to see poor Microsoft engineers try to coerce Copilot into doing literally anything right.

This is what I've been up to this week. Next week something sharable maybe? We'll see.

Just getting the word out that I'm doing this project. I'd appreciate follows! Subscribe on YouTube too. As of this week I'm a retired federal scientist from HHS, and past innovator at VA and the NWS. I'm trying to get a company going building the informaticist toolkit I wish I had!

How human–AI feedback loops alter human perceptual, emotional and social judgements

"…AI systems amplify biases, which are further internalized by humans, triggering a snowball effect where small errors in judgement escalate into much larger ones."

I've been using the Claude Sonnet model in Copilot, and it has been phenomenally useful for coding tasks in Python. Far better experience over GPT.

Value human intelligence over artificial intelligence. From the tools to the content, we wouldn't have any of it without the humans backing it. Human thought is the fuel that keeps GenAI relevant.

We are now entering an era where US government may withdraw, or refrain, from building on the advancement of clinical computing in the last 20 years in our healthcare system. #UnicornJess

After Jess died, we were adamant that her death must be a catalyst for change. I'm not sure how far we've made it since 2016, but there's no doubt if Jess were still alive, she would still be suffering. #UnicornJess

I'm reviving the hashtag used to remember her life #UnicornJess. The links about her are slowly disappearing, and fragments are disappearing. #UnicornJess

Does anyone remember Jess Jacobs? She had a permanent, and lasting, impact on my career in health IT and informatics. I'm going to refresh our memory of her here. #UnicornJess

Regardless of your technical interests, go follow @itsthatladydev.bsky.social - she puts out THE BEST content for people to learn git and GitHub (although not directly in her account). I've been sharing her content at work, and getting ready to share on @informatics.fyi. Making good content is hard.
