The best advice I can give when it comes to any religion, even if it doesn't feel like the thing for you, learning about it can help you better understand your fellow humans. We are one race, and understanding each other helps.

There are portions of the Metallica guns of roses and Faith No More show available on YouTube I've found them it's from 1992 at the citrus bowl in Orlando, and yeah I've been to more Ozzfests than I can shake a stick at.
