To be fair, Costco only does Black Friday sales online. That said, I don’t go anywhere near big box retail this weekend.

I really do try. I live in big box hell so it’s challenging. Lowe’s isn’t much better than HD with their Trump campaign donations.
We have Ace Hardware, which has better service. Nothing local though, all driven out of business.

I do that. Unfortunately more than half the time the sellers simply drop ship Amazon stuff, so they’re getting money regardless.

It was supposed to be a spending blackout until the 3rd. No big box, no Amazon, no movies, nothing. I reposted on other socials and was laughed at by friends & family. Christmas has devolved into who spends the most. Whatever, I am doing my part. I haven’t participated in black Friday in 20 years.

Then he needs to be removed from office for being unfit to carry out his duties. Ronald Reagan had dementia while in office as well. Giving them a pass must be a GOP thing.

Out of curiosity, do they make Coke etc using high fructose corn syrup over there like they do in the US? It was a money saving move decades ago by the manufacturers. Now they market soft drinks with cane sugar that cost more. I ask because Costco sells Mexican Coke and it is made with real sugar.

I have kept the same landline number since 1995. It never fails. I also have a cell, but I’m probably on my 8th phone by now. I heard a rumor with all the fiber optic they’re laying, legacy copper landlines may go away. I really hope not. My only complaint is the monthly price keeps increasing.
