This emotional argument is Always employed when people make suggestions about elderly people downsizing from houses they can't really afford but I don't think they realise how many u-40s can't relate at all to the idea of having a home they could stay in for the rest of their life

Just look at the properties on the private Four Oaks estate and Little Aston estates in Sutton Coldfield. Many people are already selling up as they are mostly valued at £2m+. These houses are hugely different to the £1m houses nearby.

How predictable and misleading. I thought the series was great for many reasons, from featuring Indigenous peoples in their own words, multiple languages, and its way of connecting huge political change to individual stories. Radically different, and better, than any previous BBC series on empire.

Can you please provide a link to this as I only saw SEND within the OBR report. It made no mention of assessments (naturally it’s interested in the economics) so this is big news. Thank you.
