My son loves Furbies. Specifically the ones from 2012. Here are 4 of them (he bought 2 more after I took these photos). Each one is one of the 5 different personalities. The Green Man is the Diva, the Voodoo is a Chatterbox, the Black Magic is Silly, and the Cotton Candy is Cute.

I've been working on building and decorating a Xmas kitchen in The Sims 4 today for next weeks tutorial video.

So the Paralives devs have announced that the game's Early Access release has been delayed until May 2026.
I think we can all agree that this is disappointing, but ultimately I think it's going to be for the best.
The @paralives.com team is very small and this genre is not easy to make a game for!
Hi, Alex here, the lead dev of Paralives. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to delay the release. We are truly sorry for the last min announcement. After thoughtful consideration, we feel it's best for the game & the community... Players enjoy the flexibility & the customisation of the Paramaker & Build Mode. However, there are still impactful bugs in the Live Mode & a lack of activities to do in the town, which dampened the enjoyment of the players, & we feel it is necessary to work on these before delivering the product to the community... I attribute this partly to the fact that a project like Paralives is a colossal task. Live sims are really 3 games in 1: an advanced & flexible build mode, a greatly customisable character creator, & a complex life simulation mode. Over the last 6 years of development, starting with 2-3 developers for the 1st years, to growing to an average team size of only 10 people, we had to alternate long stretches of development between these 3 parts of the game. We are so proud of what we have built, but now, we just need a bit more time to polish the simulation part of the game. This would ensure Paralives offers a great 1st experience when it launches, making players come back for every exciting free update & expansion that we will put out afterwards. The new Early Access release date is May 25, 2026. We have updated our detailed roadmap with what we will be improving over the coming months, with a focus on fixing important issues & improving the 1st time user experience... On Tuesday, Nov 25, at noon EDT, we will stream 45 mins of uninterrupted live mode gameplay on our YT channel to show the current state of the game, the various gameplay features & explain what we will be improving before launch. We plan on keeping you updated w/ streams & videos leading up to the new release date. We remain fully committed to making a quality & innovative game with the support of the community & to updating it for years to come...

Does this annoy/happen to anyone else here who uses Da Vinci Resolve? 13 seconds of a video with ZERO wave forms showing, even though I'm talking throughout. Makes editing super difficult!

New house for my Sims 4 Parenting Predicaments Scenario! The 2 kids in the scenario have aged up to teens, so I moved them to Copperdale and built them a 3 bedroom home so they don't have to share a bedroom anymore. Very sparsely furnished atm because I ran out of money, but that'll soon change!

Have you noticed that some peeps you follow on the gallery are showing as anonymous or have your gallery friends said that you are showing as such? @crinrict.com has found the culprit!

To fix, open the EA app, go to Privacy under settings, click manage, make sure that it says "everyone". (next)

I'm starting my next Sims 4 scenario. Here's the pre-made family that came with the scenario and here's the house I've built for them! I've put it on the 64x64 lot in the Enchanted by Nature world. It isn't 100% complete yet (my Sims ran out of money), but they've at least got all the basics!

I finished my Sim's Gibbi Gibbi cabin! It's a 1 bed, 1 bath home, furnished with as much of the new build/buy stuff as I could fit in! The lot is a butterfly/moth collector's dream, as well!

I finished the New in Town scenario in The Sims 4 today! The scenario ended with Farrah and Care Ren being woohoo partners 🤭 and Farrah's house being quite nicely decorated using (a lot of) debug items and also things she bought/collected during the play through.

Farrah's 1st home is built! It turned out to be a mix of modern and cottage core lol, but (despite it being super pink on the outside), I like it! The interior is nowhere near done, with it being furnished with just the extreme basics, but I'll get there! It's on the gallery as is!
