My friend's husband had a stroke this morning. Glad he woke her up & she's a nurse & knew what to do. This is a reminder holiday season can be stressful & this year has added stressors. Don't ignore signs or symptoms you may be having that something isn't right. Take care of yourselves & each other.

I'm old enough & jaded enough to know that the government has always had an incredible ability to engage in surveillance & oversight of whatever & whomever it wants. If you have enough power & reach, you'll be okay. If you're groups engaged in human rights activities, be cautious.
