Earlier this year I went to one of my nieces games and the coach for the opposing team was mister “I liked beer”🙄 The level of rage and utter disdain that I felt in that moment was off the charts. I did not stay for the game

I would argue, decades in the making

But the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments are clear: no person shall be “deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” It doesn’t say “citizen.” It says “person.” The Constitution doesn’t get to be optional.
