Fantastic time at #EuPA2025 in Saint-Malo last June! Gained new insights into plasma, translational, spatial & #SingleCell #Proteomics. Shared our #PME13 results and enjoyed the beautiful town and sunsets.

We visited the IMIBIC Mass Spectrometry and Molecular Imaging Unit (IMSMI lab) in #Córdoba, headed by @educhicano.bsky.social‬. Edu’s team and the Advanced Microscopy unit (Gema García Jurado and Álvaro Carrasco Carmona) warmly welcomed us and shared their spatial omics knowledge.

#Outreach day! Last week, 6th grade students from Escola Magòria visited our lab to learn a little bit about #MassSpectrometry and #Proteomics. We talked about the cell and the role of proteins in health and disease.

Today, Ignasi and Marina are in #Oviedo attending the “VIII Jornadas de Jóvenes Investigadores en Proteómica” organized by the #SEProt. Ignasi is teaching a hands-on workshop to show some basic concepts of #R and its application in #proteomics. Let’s code! 👩🏻‍💻
