I like Wolves, I like the way they talk in Wolverhampton. It's a bit earthy, a bit worzely. I used to do a stocktake audit twice a year at Corus Wolverhampton and loved going down there.

More and more incidents are involving fatbikes. They are the scourge of society attracting kids who don't care about laws of the road or about other people. It's time for mandatory tests & insurance. No insurance, no licence = no bike. Simple. Get them off the roads. 112nederland.nl/2025/10/24/v...

Apparently hospital food is so crap in Deventer, our family patient wants us to take mustard! Tonight! Would that be the biting gaseous English mustard, French or maybe Wasabi or some nice mild Dijon? I suppose it depends on how crap the food is. Bland was a word he used. Might be English food then?

When you see the F1 drivers laughing, chatting, naturally in their common language is, same with most sportsmen, their competitiveness reserved for their arena, it makes me sick & angry that cunts like Trump & Putin are alive spitting their racist, vindictive & belligerent vitriol. Get them dead!

I sold the mountain bike to gain space and the fact my arthritic shoulders won't take it anymore. I've biked all my life, all terrains. The son whose father I sold it to, will have it in pieces on the patio as we speak, WD40 on the moving parts, chrome polish on the fork suspension. I'm happy!

It's rained during every English football game I've watched on Viaplay this year. It's really true what every European country thinks of England. Notwithstanding it's been rainy and drizzly all day today. I got drizzled on going to the shed, going to the DHL afhaalpunt & feeding the birds.

Today I've mainly sold a mountain bike, made erwtensoep for tomorrow, sympathised with ah Myrtle sorting out about 1,000 books (ongoing), saw Harry Kane get another hat trick for Bayern, heard #swfc game was abandoned and made a spek en garnalen pasta carbonade then ate it. I hate busy days.
