thank you nintendo, for making my maps completely incomprehensible now...
anyway the blue dotted paths are new waterway paths, gray are aerial paths, green are "ground" paths. Red is for reference of the original designs.

Realized the other day that the signs on the mini galaxy preview for Loopdeloop Galaxy don't make any sense, and tell you to surf in the wrong direction in the yellow section.

I feel like I can’t be unbiased on this one because I spent 9 months of my life working on this project repairing this prototype to a playable state, but the Nov’91 Prototype of Super Mario Kart page :)

When in the air, it’s a little tricky to aim, but I try to orient myself towards this little latch in the clouds, and it usually lets me hit around the right area.

When in the air, it’s a little tricky to aim, but I try to orient myself towards this little latch in the clouds, and it usually lets me hit around the right area.
Once you notice yourself rising considerably faster than normal, you’ll want to then hold down the Accelerate button. This will cause you to rapidly fly up the waterfall.
Once you hit the top and exit the waterfall, IMMEDIATELY let go of Accelerate. You want to avoid the death areas on your ascent.
