After completing the final draft, I will contact you and provide a low-resolution image as proof of completion. After paying any outstanding charges, I will send you the completed, full-resolution work via Imagr.

After the agreement, the design is final, and I will work on the final line work.

I will provide progress updates and notify you of potential alterations in the completion timeframe. The updates will include a low-resolution image of my progress.

I will render a final rough draft of the concept and am open to a final dialogue on modification.

Minor, reasonable alterations and up to three requests for significant alterations are permitted. Subsequent major requests will add $25 to the final billing after prior charges.

PROCESS

I will begin work after receiving at least half the cost as a down payment.

For the initial sketches, I will provide up to three concepts for the commissioner to consider and discuss for selection (combining ideas, adding modifications, etc.)

Extras

Extra characters: $10-30 of the flat rate per character, depending on the level of rendering and coloring.

Complex objects significant to the concept of the illustration $10-30

BACKGROUND

Basic (solid shape of color): Free

Simple (Sketchy with simple shapes): $15

Complex (detailed rendering): $30

COLORING

(Background subject to separate charge.)

No Coloring or Single color: Free

Simple coloring (one layer of shadow/one additional color): $10

Complete coloring: $25
