Cork like. Artist, Historian, chef, retired and broken from rugby, occasional talking head on TV mainly about Gráinne Ní Mháille. Dilettante extraordinaire.
Not fond of humans. Dog rescuer. PWD, GNC, nearing OAP, proudly Socialist, and absolutely Queer.
Not a good look for World Rugby.
Too many frankly bizarre ref decisions especially around duty of care.

Decision made no sense. There was clearly head contact. Determining intent of the player is for the bunker review, the ref deciding it was an 'ooopsie' so suck it up is ridiculous.

Smacks of stealth introduction of 'ladies rules' similar to 'school boy rules'.

They'll accept a child conceived via donated egg and sperm without question as long as the parents are heterosexual.

Apparently, according the the Yanks on social media (hereinafter referred to as YOSM or Yosimites), Canada does... and a handful of other countries but I didn't give enough of a shit to verify that.

As another tiny handed former member of the front row sorority as @alicesoapbox.bsky.social I agree completely with her. Gripping the ball is not the issue - getting enough balls to grip in training is. Women's teams are literally begging, borrowing, and yes...stealing balls just to practice.

Yes. He sent me off down the Liselotte rabbit hole and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It honestly surprised us too. In many regards the 12 men playing defensively showed what Ireland can do when we gel as a team.
SA's scrum showed us where we are falling far short.
It was like the OX was back. Wonderful to watch.

Honestly, your video was very fair, and said things Ireland needs to hear. Which cannot be said about some of the other commentators.
But from a Northern perspective I would say SA needs to look at why you didn't put up a cricket score against 12 men. How a malfunctioning Ireland kept in touch.

Was really referring to the title - it echoes a lot of the 'Irish crushed' SA commentary. I agree with what is said in the video. Our system is still 'Sextoned', our key players are ageing, it's all too Leinster and therefore predictable. SA issued a wake-up call. Is Farrell listening?

By the War of Independence O'Shea's bakery was a hot bed of Irish Republicanism led by his foreman Denis 'Dinny' Murray (my grandfather).
O'Shea was genuinely Pure Cork.
He loved the city with every beat of his heart.
