I just learned about this today. I didn't know this was a thing. icelist.is Journalists are starting to identify and track ICE members, which seems particularly important since those working in official government positions should not be hiding their identities while "policing" American citizens.

Nintendo is being sued by Brazil for its policy to brick Switch 2 devices bought and paid for by consumers, if the company detects the use of third-party mods or apps on the device. This one should be interesting to watch and reflects back on who actually owns the device and the games purchased.

I ordered a Steam Deck. I’ve sat on the fence for years. But when considering the new Switch 2, I came to the conclusion that I already have a Switch Lite and I have 450 games on Steam now that would be accessible on the Deck. Very excited even though I’m not in the Cool Kids’ Club. Arrives today!

Watching Switch 2 reviews and the only real concern I have is they're using an LCD screen instead of a higher quality OLED. I'm guessing we'll see an OLED version come out in about 18 months to create a surge in Nintendo sells. It had to be strategic. Why create a custom NVIDIA chip and use an LCD?

We got the dog home last night. He’s happy to back here and has slept most of the time. He has also already started eating again. He’s not happy about the cone though, but the sutures need to be kept clean while they heal. We are finally able to sleep again.

Besides, these are video games. They hit differently for each person. Don’t push your god, your politics, or your game on me. Everyone can play it their own way.

It's never kind to rain on someone's parade.
We live in hard times right now. If someone is excited and happy to get a Switch 2, remember that if it brings them joy, that's all that matters.
