Does it not also have something to do with patients' highly heterogeneous symptoms, physiological makeups, and histories?

E.g. in my #LongCovid support group, there's a wide range of responses to LDN, from some experiencing relief at 0.5mg to others none at all even at 12mg. (I do well at 12.)
