ngl going thru octopath 0 is kind of refreshing. yes it starts in a small town and thers a girl next door character and ur fathers 'days from retirement' and everyones excited for 'the festival' and theres NOT an isekai/whedonspeak guy going 'wow is this literally happening right now 🙄'?? holy shit.

I did not expect this movie to be a genuine 10/10 but everything I've heard people say about this movie is true. It was actually a terrific movie with wonderful storytelling. It was just extremely cute and a joy to watch every minute of, and I really loved it.
