At the Maundy Thursday service I attended last evening, a prayer was said for people of Ukraine, Sudan, Gaza, Yemen, Congo, Haiti and the United States. Not since 9-11 have we prayed for the US.

Received a card in the mail today- the first reply in my attempt to revive my letter writing. Happy. Also, I am looking forward to publicly showing off my French O Canada. The French is good, the singing, well, not quite.
