Found out how long my in-laws were planning to pay for overnight childcare. A week. They thought a week would be sufficient. Of course they’ve reimbursed us for nothing so far.

Sister in law has decided we need a nanny, rather than the childcare worker and postpartum doula we’re working with now for overnights. I told her no. She won’t let it go. I’m so tired of in-laws who are sure they know what’s best for us and the baby. I didn’t expect her to be overbearing too.

2 weeks into 12 week paternity leave and father in law is trying to pressure spouse to return to office part time. I’m so angry. But nobody else can be trusted to do his work! Maybe you should’ve planned for that during the 9 months I was pregnant. The way this family uses them disgusts me.
