100% this. It isn't just a great way to safeguard your own peace. When trolls lose oxygen, they abandon their accounts, possibly sparing even more people than yourself from having to deal with them.

Reminder- using reference for art is NOT cheating. Depending on what type of artist you are, you should absolutely be using it. All highly skilled pro artists I know use it.
