Starting to realize that I actually really like when difficult concepts are told through the eyes of a child. Just flew through this Fredrik Backman book trying to clear out my KU books. I loved it.

I didn't expect to DNF this book, but alas. I gave it the 100-page try.
Also making a vow that I will not be reading books with the hard ER mentioned repeatedly. It immediately takes me out of the game. I get that it's literally about slavery, so I don't hold it against the book. Just a new rule.

Special shoutout to this digital highlighter device I bought myself as a gift. I used it to highlight passages from my library book and it saves it to an app I export the notes from. It worked perfectly for me. I'm generally not a fan of AI, but it's useful for something like this.

Tonight was date night, so we made a charcuterie board, did paint kits, and watched Old Guards 2.
These kits came with a white paint pen, so I went to town with that thing when I didn't feel like painting anymore lol.

Next time, I'm doing the Paris show. Northwest Stadium sucks to get in and out of if you don't metro in. I should just kill two birds with one stone.
