I've got a Nite-Ize DoohicKey on my keychain, which is similar, but I think the only function I've ever used it for is the bottle opener.

Stopped by the Nintendo store while in NYC. Sadly, no StreetPasses on my 3DS. I'm still bummed Nintendo killed this feature off.

Nintendo seems to be sourcing these power adapters from multiple OEMs. The post I quoted shows an adapter with a Delta logo. Mine is labeled Lite-On. Both are US models.
The label on a Switch 2 USB-C Power adapter, model NGN-01(US). This one is manufactured by Lite-On.

The Switch 2 charger appears to support exactly what it claims, standard USB-C Power Delivery 5V@3A, 9V@3A, 15V@3A, and 20V@3A PDOs. It also appears to support BC 1.2 DCP. No more weird [email protected] or [email protected] like the original charger.
