Anyway, on a more positive note;

Sanguine sits in a strappy bikini on the front leg of a giant golden lion statue, her arm is raised above her head and her eyes closed as she basks in the moonlight. This is a very old WIP that I think eventually got redone and posted as one of my most successful poses (it was a butt pic so YEAH no wonder). This lion is in The Goblet housing district at the central pools, and was partially my way of testing some older shaders that are now somewhat different, hence why this may look more similar to my pics 4-5 months ago rather than 1-2 months ago. Anyway, for those who tolerated my rant, here's your reward, I gotta get used to posting pics that arent always entire fckn bangers, and sometimes just casual lil fun things. I swear i enjoy this hobby, its just the showing-it-to-others part i struggle with still, but I'll work on it! drink water and take care of yourselves~

Okay hear me tf OUT, this one was the result of like.. 2-3 hours(?) of post-processing editing, and I am SO proud of how it came out. I found some free pic assets for flame, smoke, blood, shadows, and a bunch of other things that I've been slowly adding to my pics, but this is a first attempt at proper mixed media + my own editing. Pose was just the MCH overheat shot, lighting/flame/smoke etc was all post and likely very overthought out/not entirely accurate, but it looks hella rad and was fun to do, so expect more to come!~ No AI was used! if i ever touch AI pls kill me, my friends can attest to my posing struggles, they saw me sitting in Baelsar's Wall for an hour, I did my time in photoshop here! apologies for the long delay in posts, Oct has been a very busy month, but I'm surviving! This one was a bit of a challenge purely because I had the spot picked but could NOT figure out what to pose there. I've been trying to make a better use of the environment around me in pics, which has been a huge challenge in some places (looking at you, Ultima Thule..) and a huge benefit in others. This spot was in Dock Poga, in one of the many balconies that show up once you finish the questline, which i find super lovely! but it's a little hard to capture and I wanted something to cling onto the last setting warmth of summertime before my canadian 6month winter hibernation, so you get a late bikini pic. For the few that read this whole thing; I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the friends I make here and the folk who make the efforts to check in on me in my hard times. I've been going through a lot of unexpected self-discovery lately, but it's been productive. The recent inspo for posing lately has been just going through the different duties solo until a spot stands out to me, this was actually taken in the main story duty Castrum Meridianum, in the section after you exit the chute. it's one of the few orange-y spots in the map and my visuals work best with that kind of lighting, so I played with it a little and this was the result! Gods know I've been busy as all hell, a healthy mix of emotional assbeatings and manic updrafts sending my head to the clouds. I've been pushing the Sanguine lore rework to a written format outside of the typical 1-1 RP because honestly I REALLY struggle with it, my brain just can't improv in one direction, and I have a lot more fun sitting in my lil corner drawing maps and writing in little stories into the poorly mapped corners of Eorzea. This one has niche meaning that didnt quite translate to the final pic but it still turned out pretty enough to post, i totally couldve cluttered it up more and it wouldve been fine, but i was on a time crunch for posing. this was also small test of some new things too, specifically stronger lense flare on fire and smoke effects for framing, some things are very hard to capture with the medium of gpose so I have to rely on my little bit of editing and shader work to make things pop. Sometimes its worth it, this is one of those times i think :) would you believe none of these are brio props and my table in my apartment is actually just that messy? come over sometime and see for yourself ;)

I promise I'm fine ♥ Having an OC like Sanguine that I can write all my own traumas into has been a surprising help, as it's offered a sense of self-reflection I slightly lacked before, and the freedom to imagine a situation in which she can heal in a way I could too. Her life has not been easy, She's seen isolation, betrayal, and pain in ways nobody should; Yet she loves with her whole heart like the glass cannon it is. After all that happened and the scale my mistake blew up to, the guilt began to eat me alive, and with some IRL things crumbling under me at the same time, I had to drop focus on social media to handle personal matters. Though pls do not take my quiet for inaction, Ive been following along since I went dark and have been very educated on my wrongs by many people. Ive learned my lesson. and its been said before but Ill say it again; Im so sorry for everything. Idek the full scale of all that went down, but I did not ask to be used as a martyr for others poor choices. Research your art sources and make smart decisions, dont do what I did, mmkay? cool, lets move on then pls The time away has given me a chance to ask myself *why* I was up sleep-deprived and desperately trying to find gpose inspo at 4am (and accidentally picking a bad reference), and the only answer I could come to was I was silently crumbling from the pressure and felt i HAD to get something out that night bc it had been a few days since my last post. The imposter syndrome has been killing me and according to the burnout that hit me once I dropped it all, the break was clearly needed This pose is pretty only bc im still picky on what gets posted, but pls do not take this as me trying to make some grand return. Im not putting a spotlight on myself begging for attention, Im just sulking back to my studio so i may continue my madmaam ramblings about this big red rat.
