You, O'remii, are no longer our protection. O'tohi starts walking away. With the words he spoke, he breaks O'remii's protection spell. Remii reaches out to her father, pleading look in her eyes. Remii: W-Wait! Papa, you can't be serious. That's a bit of a rash decision. Let's talk about this. Oto: ... (he gives the silent treatment) Remii: P-Papa? O'remii desperately calls out to her father. Remii: Papa! Say something, please! Don't do this! I...I! PAPA!! A'llyx: ...and you call me weak. Remii thoughts: I still stand by what I said...but i never thought this would happen...Papa...I don't know who you are anymore! A'llyx helps O'remii off the ground. After helping her up, A'llyx gently cusps her left hand between his hands. A somber tension forms as they lock eyes. The pressure from A'llyx squeezing O'remii's hand was feathery. His voice was soft, with a flavor that Remii wasn't used to in A'llyx's voice, bittersweetness. A'llyx: O'remii. ...I- Panel 2: Oto: Y O U. O'tohi's voice was dark as he addressed A'llyx. A'llyx is caught off guard at the darkness from Oto's voice. Confusion fills remii. She's never heard her papa talk like that before. A'llyx: O'tohi-ser? Oto: You promised me. You promised that I wouldn't have to worry about O'remii. A memory flashes from the moment when Remii first introduced A'llyx to her tribe. A'llyx and O'tohi are laughing...they are bonding. Oto: Did that moment by the fire mean absolutely nothing to you? A'llyx unclasps his hands from around O'remii's hand. Al: I assure you, that moment meant everything to me! Oto: Then why did I get alerted the instant someone laid their hands on Remii?

Oto coughs from the smoke that A'llyx produced from his teleport. O'remii sinks to her hands and knees as hot dread grips her. Remii thoughts: please...please...please!!! Remii stands by just in case if N'ahgi decides to attack A'llyx. A'llyx reaches N'ahgi and kneels in front of him. N'ahgi raises his head and locks eyes with A'llyx. N'ahgi: Come...to gloat in my face? A'llyx: No. I just want to talk. ...Please? N'ahgi: ...Fine. A'llyx: ...N'ahgi. This back and forth has to stop. We've been fighting like this for almost a year now...and I don't even know why you want me dead. O'remii puts away her scholar book. O'remii puts a hand over her heart as she watches them interact. A'llyx: ...I want to understand. A'llyx's voice cracks slightly as he says, "Big brother...What did I do to make you want me dead?"

Where Remii's attack hit on N'ahgi's shoulder, its smoking slightly. N'ahgi stares at remii as the rage swells within him. N'ahgi: That was a rather foolish move, princess. when he spoke princess, it was full of viscous venom. Remii's stare was unwavering. Her own rage fueled her as her and N'ahgi locked eyes. A'llyx: Oi! Eyes on me! He was very uncomfortable with N'ahgi just continually staring at Remii. Remii slowly inched towards A'llyx so she could stand next to him. N'ahgi: Shut up, Al! I'll do as I please. A'llyx can't stop the slight pride bubbling up in him as he lightly smirks. He's happy that Remii found herself again. A'llyx: How're you feeling? Remii casts the shield spell Succor on herself and A'llyx. Remii: Never better. A new found determination fills remii's core. The shackles of darkness weighing her down have finally lifted. ...and its all because of her love for A'llyx. N'ahgi jumps into the air, readying his lance. N'ahgi: ... No worries. I can take you both!

the scene returns to N'ahgi, A'llyx and Remii Panel 1: Remii thoughts: I...I'm supposed to do something...I have to help...Can I grant my own prayer? A'llyx swings at N'ahgi, but he blocks it. Panel 2: N'ahgi is holding back a one handed strike from A'llyx with 2 hands...and he's straining. N'ahgi thoughts: F-Fuck! Has he always been this strong? Panel 1: A'llyx: (teasing) Are you getting tired already, N'ahgi? N'ahgi: N-Not in the slightest! Panel 2: Al: Good. Cause I'm far from done with you. O'remii finds her courage and stands. She opens her book and casts the attack spell: Broil II. The shot hits N'ahgi on the shoulder. Panel 1 Remii: He's not the only one you have to worry about! Panel 2: A'llyx jumps back away from N'ahgi. He looks at Remii in awe. Al thoughts: Remii...? Note: this is a big moment for Remii. Ever since she got burned by Nidhogg, Remii has had a huge fear of fights/battles. So, the fact that she's joining in, is BIG.

N'ahgi readies his lance into a battle stance. N'ahgi: I'm going to enjoy making you and your princess scream. A'llyx: Bring it, N'ahgi. The scene shifts to Remii's father and O'anza. They are peacefully sleeping. He has his arms wrapped around O'anza. All of a sudden, a cold shiver runs through O'tohi's body. His ear flicks in response. The shiver happens the instant Remii gets choked by N'ahgi. Oto sits up instantly. Oto: Sappling?! (what he calls Remii) He scrambles off the ground and goes off screen to quickly get dressed. O'remii begins doing a small heal check to make sure she's not injured from being choked. While doing to the check, she begins trembling, thinking about what would've happened if A'llyx was not there to step in. A'llyx moves to stand guard in front of O'remii. N'ahgi lands in front of them. N'ahgi: HA! You're so predictable brother, it's embarrassing! A'llyx: Touch her like that again, and you'll regret it! N'ahgi: pfft... Such hostility! It's so cute. If I'd known how much she meant to you, I would've went after her sooner!

A'llyx's vision turns red. N'ahgi: Now, be a good little princess and come with me. A'llyx's vision blurs as the rage takes over. A'llyx jumps up and ninja teleports. N'ahgi lets go of remii and jumps up/away as A'llyx teleports/lands and kicks at him. O'remii falls to her knees.
