Put your faith & love in the Lord & not in things of this world. Earthly desires, mean nothing compared to eternity. Your phone, lust, your pride, your desire to be like everyone else, so much you lost your way. This is not, what he wanted for you. All of it, is a distraction.

Fear is not real, Anger, not real, your Lust, not real. They come from the dark one. Rebuke them all, ask the Lord to rebuke them all, in Jesus name. Anytime you feel yourself, giving into them, or even your sadness or anxiety. Remind yourself, these thoughts cannot be trusted
