Years ago NM governor Richardson established SCI (State Coverage Insurance) whereby working people could participate in Medicaid by paying a subsidized amount based on income. It was a godsend for me when self-employed. ACA is a step to national health insurance (NHI). GOP just too greedy & selfish.
