Again he’s not entirely wrong - Russia could demand its money back in a final deal. I would if I was them and I expect anyone else would too. It’s just another aspect to this that makes the peace which is way off, harder to resolve. But we have to get there first and Ukraine needs money now.

On top of that Hungary and Slovakia are opposed on principle and don’t want to aid Ukraine, but there are ways of getting around them.
Laws need to be changed to deal with aggressive states and sanctions - it could be used as a means of deterring future

Legally that puts Belgium as the responsible party and they would face having to repay the spent amount. Belgium is not a large country and can’t afford it, so they’re refusing to use the money.

billion to the end of next year. Belgium is not complaining about doing that, it’s the technical and legal aspects that have them vexed. The money is in a Belgian institution. If the war ends then legally Russia can challenge Belgium in court that it had no right to use the money or distribute it

growing trend are Russian executions of Ukrainian POW’s which is not just horrific it’s unnecessary and a war crime. It merely undermines why Russia must fall.
The Americans meanwhile seem to finally understand that despite their rabid rhetoric over these peace proposals it’s all about nothing.

Russian demands continue to be outrageous in every way.
The want withdrawal before a ceasefire, they want international recognition of their sovereignty over Ukrainian territory, and then say that the Ukrainian government - no matter who it is is essentially illegitimate and they can’t sign any

There were only 146 considered serviceable but the decision was taken to refurbish all 600 and bring them modern EW and navigation capabilities.
It’s a difficult missile to employ because it’s very specifically for deep bunker busting operations it was not as general use as StormShadow/SCALP. It’s
