They get away because all they have to do is say "mental health" and all consequences and liability vanish. Complaint systems have no power to compel, no power to bring charges, nothing. They literally used the high number of complaints as a justification for dismissing complainte en masse.

They can come visit OUR flag in St Paul to remind themselves that their history and heritage is full of being fucking losers.

To this day, Virginia keeps asking for their flag back every few years, and we in Minnesota continue to offer the same response:

"FUCK OFF YOU TRAITOROUS LOSERS, ITS OUR FLAG NOW."

If they overturn EMTALA (the law requiring hospitals to stabilize everyone) that'll backfire too, because then they have to verify coverage prior to treatment, and even people with insurance will have care delayed or denied.

They're hurting themselves and aren't smart enough to realize it.

Its not going to matter how good YOUR insurance is, providers will be going out of business left and right. Hospitals CANNOT afford to treat that many people without being paid.
