I do not know when services will return, and while I could look into getting a different shipping company I suspect many of them will be doing similar things.

To my knowledge, there's nothing else quite like Pax Penning's heir system/stealing victories.
It's a bit like various share systems, where players buy into companies to control them, with the major difference that you are a company and you always control it
