Today @docker.com model runner when GA, so I thought I'd share a project i have been hacking on.

This is a Home Depot animatronic skeleton that uses DMR, @elevenlabs.io, and Vosk to enable a real-time AI-powered voice chatbot. Pi front end, windows PC running DMR with llama3.1.

In honor of May the Fourth I present this lightsaber I just printed (not my design). Finally got to give my MMU a solid test run. Color me impressed. 🤦

This is the first "real" thing I designed from scratch. Not all that complicated but I am very pleased with the way it turned out.

This movie is Showgirls levels of bad. It's completely laughable. It might not be the worst movie I've ever seen, but is is right up there (and right now I cannot think of another movie I've enjoyed less - so maybe it is the worst movie I've ever seen).

One of my hobbies is synchronized holiday lighting, which involves making the lights dance to the music. Today, I added the big matrix on the side of my chimney—it's 3,000 lights spaced every 2"—the frame is 12' across the top, 13' across the bottom, 4'4" at the far end, and 9'6" at the near end.

Oregon's 5th House District is America in a nutshell. I grew up in Linn County - it's rural, blue collar, and the last time I was there I watched a Trump truck rally roll down the road. Multnomah and Clackamas are 2 of the 3 counties that make up the Portland metro.

I was going to reskeet this and just couldn't bring myself to be the person who ruined it.
