75 years ago today, John Candy was born in Toronto, Ontario. A Canadian national treasure, he brought countless laughs and warmed many hearts. His loss is still felt immensely more than three decades after his passing. Happy heavenly birthday to Johnny Toronto 🇨🇦

As a tribute to Ken Dryden, I read The Game again, probably the first time I can honestly say I’ve re-read a book, and it’s just as magical as the first time I read it. Still the gold standard for me when it comes to hockey writing.
