I think mainly their styles of island would differ? 🤔
Koana would plan an actual town, making sure it's efficient, and that it has every service/resource his villagers could ever need.
Mihra on the other hand, she'd be more likely to let nature take over and everything would be more scattered.

The first time I saw Koana I thought he was really cute. Appearance-wise is like he was made in a lab to appeal to everything I like:
