Speaking of hopping, how does one go about starting a presence as a new author? I feel like building a presence before publishing is smart, but not sure how to go about it. Just wanting to publish my work, not necessarily make it big or anything.

Tbh my black paint dried out and I can't get more until August, so I've started trying my hand at writing. Nothing to monetize, but maybe to at least share around with friends if it goes anywhere.

Spokane cops always been like this. I mindlessly crossed the corner of a taped off area as a kid when Clinton came to speak. SPD officer came into the crowd, made physical contact to ask why I did that. I just have ADHD, didn't mean to breach national security over the 3 feet of concrete I walked.

Not a computer programmer but is that pattern identifying the sort of thing machine learning could help with? Maybe make a way for Bluesky to identify bots and catch them in the act before people even need to interact with them?

Ultimate testament to one's self control is leaving the hobby shop with EXACTLY what you went for. No "oh, I bet I could use that someday..." Or "I've been meaning to get one of those..."

I kinda balk at $60 too. $80 is almost half a 12 shift for me. Being night shift already costs additional free time in recovery. That and economy way it is, I *cannot* buy a recreational product at $80. AAA can set the price they want but... A lot of indies are cheaper and work on release day. 🤷
